About the area

Llanes has more beaches than any other municipality in Asturias: a total of thirty. Don’t forget to visit the Guadamia beach, less than one kilometre away, and the Cuevas del Mar, just two kilometres from the apartments.

Walking the Coastal Route of the Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago (Camino Costero de Santiago), climbing the nearby Picos de Europa and its funicular, visiting Covadonga and Cangas de Onís and the Tito Bustillo Rock Centre and a wide variety of other outdoor pastimes are just some of the activities you can enjoy.

Sports and adventure activities range from golf to mountain biking, boat trips along the Asturian coast, canoeing down the Sella, surfing, canyoning and spelunking in its many caves, diving and fishing in the Bay of Biscay or its rivers.

The area’s cuisine and local products and its cultural heritage of rich popular and traditional architecture offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy unforgettable places.
