General Mandatory Regulations


For the comfort of all our guests, “Bufones de Pría”has a set of internal regulations that clients must comply with. In case of non-compliance, the Owner may terminate the contract with no refund for the cost of the stay.

The agreed price is for the number of people and nights contracted. In no casemaythe apartment be occupied by more people than those agreed upon in the reservation without prior notice.

The Client must pay for the number of days contracted, even if they leave or are required to leave early. The invoice must be paid in full at the time of arrival.

Check-in/arrival and check-out/leaving times must be respected. Arrival time may not be before 5:00pm or after 9:00pm except upon prior agreement. If you will be arriving after 9:00pm, please contact the Management. The latest departure time will be 12:00 noon.

Visitors are not permitted.Failure to respect of this rule will result in a penalty for an amount equal to the cost of one night’s stay (taxes included) for each night that the rule is breached.

Parties or gatherings that cause damage, noise, dirt, breakage and/or danger are not permitted. Out of respect for the rest of our Clients, please do not make any noise between midnight and 9:00am.

The apartment will be handed over to guests in perfect condition, with its facilities clean and all appliances working properly. Upon arrival at the apartment, guests will be handedthe Regulations, which they accept by signing the Registration Form.

Clients will be responsible for maintaining the apartment as they found it. It must be properly locked up on going out and leaving, with the lights switched off. In winter doors and windows must be kept closed in order to conserve heat and avoid wasting energy.

The apartment’s facilities and equipment (decoration, lighting, indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, towels, hangers, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, clothes baskets, iron and ironing board, drying rack and clothes pegs, toaster , juicer, blender, coffee maker, pressure cooker, pans, pots, cutlery, crockery, microwave with grill, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 43″ 4k Smart TV, safe, etc.) are in perfect condition and must be maintained as such. They must not be removed from the apartment, moved around or used for anything other than their intended purposes. The Client undertakes to return them in perfect condition, and is liable in case of loss or damage thereof, and must inform the owners for immediate replacement or repair. The general condition of the apartment on departuremust be similar to that found on arrival.The kitchen and its utensils mustbe perfectly clean.

The apartment is handed over complete with linen (bedding, towels, etc.) for the number of guests registered. A cleaning kit is provided that includes a kitchen cloth, an absorbent cloth, a pan-scourer and dishwasher, a garbage bag and complimentary toilet paper (once these products are finished, they are not replaced: any further supplies are the responsibility of the Client). No soap or fabric softener is provided for the washing machine, nor are any personal hygiene products.

Bed linen and bath linen will be changed every 4 days. Bath towels and hand towels are for personal hygiene. It is forbidden to use them outside the apartment, i.e. they cannot be used in the swimming pool or on the beach. It is advisable to bring a towel or sarong for the pool and/or beach.

Please do not allow garbage to accumulate inside or outside the apartment. Garbage must be deposited in the container provided for this in the parking area. The litter bins on the property must not be used for this purpose.

In the interests of the peace and relaxation of other guests, the pool may be used from 09:00 am to 23:00am. Sun-beds, chairs, umbrellas and tables may be used between 09:00 am and 12:00 midnight. Open from 17th May to 12sd October (approx.dates)

Each apartment has a single duly marked private parking space, which is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in any room of the apartment, under Law 28/2005 of December 26th (BOE 27-12-05).

Failure to comply with any of these Regulations will result in the cancellation of the agreement or contract entered into, and/or the obligation to pay financial compensation for expenses arising from not observing the regulations as described.

With the greatest respect to privacy, the MANAGEMENT reserves the right to enter the accommodation in case of necessity.
